General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, by look it can't be diagnosed, it may be the irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulitis, crohns, or some abnormality in the colon.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis. you may need to have colonoscopy, MRI, and other tests.
The lump may be the subcutaneous, or internal may be revealed in MRI.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, lactic acid bacilli, and ranitidine till the diagnosis is established.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
