Hallow Dear,
I do empathize your situation.
Pregnancy can be terminated safely up to 9 weeks by Tab. Mifepristone 200 mg to be taken orally followed by Tab.
Misoprostol 800 micrograms kept in the vagina or under the tongue 36 to 48 hours after the Mifepristone tablets. Both the tablets are to be taken as single dose. It is better to take these medicines by Obstetrician's advice and under his/her observation.
If you land up in profuse bleeding during the termination, you will have to report to the Obstetrician as it could be due to
incomplete abortion, infection of non contracting
uterus.
This is a very reliable and safe method advocated by WHO. If by any chance, these medicines fail, then the pregnancy should not be continued since there is a great risk of malformation in the growing baby. You will have to report to the Obstetrician and get the abortion completed, may be by surgical evacuation.
If you are a victim of rape, please get your blood examined for
HIV. Up to first 6 weeks to 6 months, there is window period when the test may be false negative. Hence if the report is negative, repeat the test after 6 months.
Safer way is to go for post exposure prophylaxis by antiretroviral treatment. Please report to the concerned HIV/
AIDS specialist.
