hi welcome to health care magic.diabetes is comman cause for kidney related he he decreas the amount of protien diet means pulses,all dals,decreas the sodium intake,also cake cookies candy fast food should be avoided. taking nuts also skimmed milk,juices like dudhi, carrot ,coccanut water,freash vegetables,

High creatinine level indicates that your father s kidney is not functioning well. It is essential for him to take proper medicines or insulin to take care of his diabetes so that that the kidney wont be affected any more..He also needs to follow strict diabetic diet avoiding sugars. He should also watch for the salts in his diet.
