Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi i read your query very carefully.

I suggest consulting immediately his cardiologist for proper evaluation of overall health status and specifically his cardiac conditions.

I suggest to run the following exams:
- Cardiac ECHO
- Holter monitoring
- BP monitoring

Based on the results the proper medication should be given to him.

Hope it was of help!
