Hello,
After having ureteroscopy as per your statement, which might be urethroscopy i.e per urethra examination and removing visible calculi through urethral route and after such procedure you are having pain in right side chest wall, which you are calling Rt.lung pain, it has no any relation with the above urethral procedure , therefore you don't co relate these two together but you should go for fresh check up of your chest problem by undergoing X Ray chest and ECG check up and consulting any chest physician. In between you can take any analgesic or Pain reliever drug such as Tab. Diclofenac sodium + Paracetamol 2-3 times a day. Good luck and take care.
