General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

Given the fact that there is history of Diabetes and Aortic valve & LAD replacement, your symptoms can be attributed to Neuropathy (damage to nerve) or Myopathy, secondary to Diabetes or Cardiovascular etiology.
Investigations like complete blood count, estimation of blood glucose level, serum electrolytes will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

However, other causes needs to be ruled out, such as:
1. Deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Calcium, Magnesium, etc.
2. Any fluctuation in blood pressure levels.
3. Inadequate hydration & nutrition status.

Symptomatic relief can be obtained with nervigenic agents (like Vit B6, B12, Folic acid) as well as multivitamin & mineral supplementation.

Meanwhile, maintain adequate hydration, take a healthy balanced diet & avoid stress.

Wishing a good health.
Take care.
