I was getting off my full size bed and my new adopted dog was sitting halfway under my bed.

I swung my legs to the right and when I looked down I almost stepped on my dog to avoid

stepping on him, gravity pulled me down and my right forearm struck and hit the metal

frame which supports my boxspring. Also to note the wheels on the frame rolled one way

since I have a hardwood floor and my body flew in another direction. My arm feels very warm

and the bruise starts at my wrist and extends all the way past my elbow. I have been taking

Naproxen 500 mg 2x daily since this occured last Wednesday . I have not seen any doctor

for this injury yet. I had the medication for another incident.
