What Is The Remedy For The Acidity Having Lactose Diet And On Prilosec And Probiotics With No Relief?

I have gas pains in my ribs and back very often no matter what I eat..I am on lactouse diet and drink no soda and chew no gum. the dr did celiac blood work and it was negative..I am on Prilosec and probiotics with no relief. any help would be appreciated

with regards to your gas pain it may be related with :
- dyspeptic syndrome
- gallbladder and pancreas problem
You need to be evaluated with abdominal ultrasound, upper endoscopy.
Meanwhile I'd suggest to start treatment with simethicone, pancreatic enzymes and avoid foods reached in sugar.
