Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand that you are having androgenetic alopecia and you are on Minoxidil solution and finasteride tablet for the same.
Minoxidil and Finasteride are the two US-FDA approved medications for androgenetic alopecia. They will usually start showing good results in 4-6 months time. However, the results depend on the degree of baldness. If it is already an advanced grade where most of the hair follicles have become dormant or dead, you may not get good results.
Q-sera serum contains peptides which are not really proven to improve hair fall. Peptide based products are new in the market and there is a lot of controversy regarding their efficacy. There are not enough studies proving their benefits.
However, if you have not obtained good results with minoxidil and finasteride, there is no harm in trying a peptide based serum. You may use it for 4-6 months and if there is no further improvement, you may think of going for hair transplantation procedure.

Hope this answers your query.
Wishing you good health,
Dr. Johny Chacko
