What Is The Red Bumps On The Butt Cheek Which Pain While Sitting?

I have a pump on my left butt cheek. My husband thought it was a boil. It has been causing me pain for over three weeks. It hurts when I set and put any weight on that cheek. After three weeks he finally sees two red marks. I believe it is a bug bite or spider bite. It's not getting any larger but its not hurting less either.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the boil, but became larger and became the abscess.
It is to be incised and drained. Dressing done with a cotton plug inside to prevent the blood loss.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis, draining and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidaes, diclofenac , and paracetamol.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
