What Is The Recovery Time For Moderate Fatty Liver?

I had a routine ultrasound done about 1 month ago & it was discovered that I had a 'moderate fatty liver'. My cholesterol has been around 200 to 220 for the last year. I think it may be due to alcohol. I'm a bit of a binge drinker. I've been exercising heavily recently & I've lost about 15lbs over the last 3 months. Can you say how long this takes to repair & am I to believe that once my cholesterol goes down, everything's okl??

hi.
thanks for posting query at HCM

you may restest liver enzymes, lipid profile and have an abdomen ultrasound examination "3 months" after the previous tests/ultrasound.
looking at your history and that you have successfully lost weight, you NEED NOT worry.

avoid alcohol- binge drinking, junk food and exercise regularly.

wish you good and sound health
