What Is The Reason For Painless Drooling Of Saliva At The Right Side Of Mouth In A 86 Yr Old?

86 yrs old with painless drooling of saliva at the right angle of the mouth. No lesions; had prior 3 upper posterior teeth removed. In good physical health otherwise except for permanent atrial fibrillation. Had prior triple bypass in 2000 and 2 stents deployed on Right Coronry vessel due to 80% stenosis.

Hi,
From history it seems that he or she might be having Bell's palsy or heme paresis
due to central nervous system involved.
Consult Neuro physician and get examined.
After diagnosis with medicines and physiotherapy there will be improvement in condition.
