What Is The Reason For A Painful Lump In The Back?

i just got up off the floor and went to the kitchen to get a glass of water and when i did i got an excruciating pain in my back. i looked at it in the mirror and it looks like a five inch worm shaped lump. its red and is located in the upper left hand side to the left of my spine by a few inches. while sitting now i feel a lot of pain in that area and also right below my armpit where my bra would be on the back side, as in furthest away from my breast. please help me and God bless

I can understand this and I could say that this could be swelling due to some infection such swelling can from the abscess in my opinion the care has to be taken for this, if I would be have chance to treat this case then I would treat this case with following medicine with advise of hot fermentation,
1) Tab Acetaminophen 5oo mg three times in day
2) Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day
no need to take the antibiotic because this may turn the lesion into the antibioma, hope this information helps you have nice day.
