What Is The Prognosis For Spots On Pancreas And Liver?

Good evening - my father was diagnosed with esophageal cancer today through endoscopy and a CT san last week revealed spots on his pancreas and liver. What is the prognosis? My father is 76, 5'11 and around 150 pounds - he exercises everyday and has not smoked in 20 years. He has beat cancer twice previously.

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
Esophageal cancer is generally very aggressive and has very poor prognosis. And if these spots are metastatic lesions then prognosis is even worse and averagely rarely reaches 6 months after the diagnosis.
I hope I have answered your query. I wish you a nice day.
