What Is The Moveable Lump In Lower Abdomen?

Hi I am 26 and I have a tiny moveable lump on my lower left abdomen about the size of my fingertip. It doesn't hurt to push on but I have discomfort very frequently on that side and have had it for 3 months now. I just gave birth 5 months ago to my second child. I am very worried this is ovarian cancer due to all I have read online. Does this sound normal for ovarian cancer? No change in bowels, periods very regular but I do get some hip and back pain ocassionally on that same side

Hi.
First of all remember a small movable lump can not be an ovarian cancer. This may be just a small lipoma or a sebaceous cyst which you have made i sensitive by fiddling with it.
The hip and back pain can be due to to post-delivery problem.
Please get this checked and removed for 2 reasons
1> your get rid of the disease and
2> you get the histopathological diagnosis- makes you tension-free that it is not a cancer.
