What Is The Ideal Blood Sugar Level?

I have had Gestational Diabetes ...and now am a prediabetic...my readings for fasting sugar varied for 3 differnt numbers this morning..first got 125 then 119 then 108.....what is the right number and is it reliable?I did it at home with the monitoring...sugar monitoroing device I am panicked right now thanks I am 33 years old,160 in weight.

Hello mam... I read your query... I think your issue is type2 diabetes...
And you said something about your weight and glucose level.... Which is pretty easy to cure... Best treatment is reduce your weight by doing regular exercise... Everyone will say DE same thing but you should know the importance of that advice.... One more thing just find a nutritionist to regulate the amount of calories you are having in your food with out any imbalancing your body systems...
I am 100% sure you will recover to your normal glucose level without need of using medications
