Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history and description, it seems that you are taking too many drugs for depression and insomnia. And this is causing gastritis which causes nausea, bloating stomach etcetera.

So, it is better to take Pantoprazole and Levosulpiride combination drugs on an empty stomach twice daily. Also, consult your psychiatrist to rule out worsening or uncontrolled depression.

You may need newer antidepressants or sedative drugs. Avoid stress, tension, and be calm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
