What Is The Cause Of Tiredness?

My neighbor doesn t have a computer so l am trying to help her. She s been taking cortisone tablets for some recent arthritis and has no energy whatsoever except when she takes the cortisone. Now she has run out and feels terribly tired, flat and no energy whatsoever. When she stopped last time she was put on them the same thing happened. What can she take to replace the cortisone that will help her? Is there anything that isn t as halmful to her health? She doesn t get any side affects from the cortisone. She is 75/80 yrs old.

Hello

I have studied your case.

adverse reactions of cortisone are irreversible
But you can prevent further damage by properly tapering drug and starting healthy life style.
If you improve your immunity by healthy and fresh diet with high natural anti-oxidant then recovery is possible.
I will advise you to take neurotropics like methylcobalamine for improving your memory.

Many of my patients with chronic diseases find great relief by doing yoga, pranayama, and sudarshan kriya.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
