What Is The Cause Of Back Pain?

I am 43 years old and have suffered with chronic pain for the last s years. I have a ruptured disk in the lumbar region. I suffer colon and bladder problems as a result. I recently found that if my colon is empty my back pain is less. Can u tell me why this is?

your obervation that when colon is empty,pain is less probablly due to relese pressure effect.full colon may pruduce more pressure on surrounding structure
