Understanding your concern. As per your query yoi have symptoms of sorethroat and fever along with pus spots which seems to be due to inflammation of tonsils and upper respiratory tract infection. I would suggest you to do throat lozenges and do warm saline gargles. You should avoid intake of cold carbonated beverages and maintain proper oral hygiene. Do rinses with antimicrobial mouth wash. You should take antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with antiallergic medication Sinarest. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined.
