I was diagnosed over a year ago with cfs. I had horrible extreme fatigue, both my knees where swollen and so painful I could hardly walk on them. For over 2 weeks. I was also throwing up in morning. I've always had sleeping issues and I usually feel worse in the morning after I've slept. After months of tests. I was told I had C-reactive protein , Epstein bar virus in my system, low vit d. All my cholesterol levels bad. A year later I am still tired and my whole body constantly aches and is very stiff everywhere . And it seems every week some part of my body knee , elbow back hurts. Basically my dr said I had cfs and try to be healthy. Not sure what I should do now
