What Is The Cause And Treatment For Bleeding While Passing Stools ? I Have Constipation

bleeding during latrine start just before 5 days but no pain is there. from last 5 day I suffer from bleeding (5-10 drope form) while latrine but no any pain either time. however also suffers from contipation problm. pls suggest the cause & its Remedy. A 30 yrs women.

as you complain of painless bleeding before bleeding & bleeding charactedis drope by drope .It may be Haemorroids & constipation is one of the important aggravating factor. I want to know some detail about your problem i.e. do you experiance same type of problem before this ? do you feel something coming out during defecation ? is it reduces automatically or manually or does not reduces ? for the consevative managment you may start Triphala churna with equal quantity of isubgol (market combination Trifgol husk (Dabur)5gm with glassfull of water at night. you should take high fiber diet ,High fluid intake Daily exercise & Hot sitz bath for atleast 20 min.,avoid seating for long duration at one place ,over staining during defecation.

You are suffering from anal fissures as the bleeding is painless. Take medicines to avoid constipation. See a surgeon for proper treatment as surgery might be needed. Continuous blood loss will lead to weakness of your body.Take plenty of fluids and roughage.
