Suggest Remedy For Chronic Constipation

Constipation
I have bern on rx pain mess for ten plus years and I feel like I need too clean out. Is hydro therapy a good place to start for the treatment of chronic constipation and hard stools that year my anus. Please help, thank you, m. williams

Well come to HCM
I can understand your concern and I would like to say you that first of stop the analgesic if you are on it, because this could cause the constipation too, now the problem can be managed with general management only, and for that you need to drink more water, as much as you can, then have a fiber containing diet, keep the regular habit of going to toilet even if you do not want to go in still just go in and sit there for a while do not exert the force, no matter if you do not pass the stool, you need to practice this for long time, hope this information helps, take care.
