Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Inability to conceive can be due to many causes, of which one of the major cause is tubal blockage.
Laparoscopy or hysterosalpingography( HSG) is a mandatory investigation in infertility patients to check for tubal patency.
I would suggest you to get your tubal patency tested before taking on further treatment for infertility.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
