1.Avg heart rate is 72/min(60-90).
2.RHR is 80-100.
3.Generally people with good fitness levels tend to have lower heart rates.around 50-60bpm.
4.cardiac output is the amount of blood pumped by heart in one minute.it is 5 litres. c.o=heart rate*stroke volume.
5.stroke volume is the amount of blood pumped from heart with each contraction it is calculated by ventricular volumes. s v=EDV-ESV.
6.Increased muscular activity during exercise causes stroke volume and cardiac output to as high as 40-60%.
