General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
The Symptoms you had last year were itching with dark urine and liver was normal.
This year you have pitting edema with & itching. Local itching you have can be due to over stretching of skin.
Pitting edema can be due to,
- Skin conditions like Insect bites/vericose veins/thrombophlebitis/ skin infections.
- severe anemia,Kidney /liver/heart disorder.
It needs to be investigated widely under a physician's guidance.
Thanks.
