What Is Causing Metallic Taste In Mouth, Feeling Lightheaded And Dizzy, Ears Plugged And Having Tunnel Vision?

I have been getting a metallic taste in my mouth and lately I have been getting light headed, nauseous and dizzy.. while I'm dizzy/light headed it feels like my ears get plugged and I can only hear my heartbeat and I get what seems to be tunnel vision.. what could be the cause.?

The symptoms which you have provided like light headedness, dizziness, tunnel vision, ears clogged..... all indicate transient ischaemic attack.
Transient ischaemic attack can be because of reduced blood supy to brain. This requires further evaluation by a physician doctor and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
