What Is Causing Hot Flashes, Dry Skin And Decreased Sex Drive?

I am a 55 year old female that had a total hysterectomy at age 46. I was put on an estrogen cream for hormone replacement. At this time I never really had any menopausal symptoms. About two years ago i began noticing hot flashes, irritability, dry skin, brittle nails, hair thinning and loss, and decreased sex drive. I have been through two different Bio identical doctors and all types of supplements with no real improvement. I am confused as where to go to next…endocrinologist or obgyn??? Help

Hi dear
From your history it seems that you are suffering from post menopausal symptoms, although you are taking estrogen cream but you need some implant for proper hormonal replacement i will recommend you to go to an Gynecologist for hormone replacement therapy.
