What dosage of Aspirin is recommended to help prevent heart attacks?
I understand too much can cause ulcers etc. I'm 37.

My husband had 3 heart attacks at 47. His Cardiologist told him to take ONLY 81 mg of aspirin a day. He also has ulcers and uses the enteric coated. 81, tha's it.
