What Does"Irregular Wall Thickening Of Stomach" From Ct Scan Suggest?

My sister is aged 45 years. As per CT scan report, it is stated "irregular wall thickening of distal body of stomach (14mm)with surrounding fat stranding extending transverse mesocolon & mild acsities". what does it mean?What is the scope for survival?
