What Does This Uterus Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

I have had post menopausal bleeding. ultrasound results are ante vertex and heterogeneous myometrium and adenomyosis. Single large fibroid I posterior fundus. Thickened endometrium 5.2mm echogenic foci and cystic spaces in the endometrium-myometrial interface. Right ovary volume of 5.4ml with calcified edge and calcification around follicles. Possible dominant follicle of 1.6cm. No adnexal masses or free fluid. What does all this mean? the doctor has referred me to a gyno for hysteroscopy. Is it likely it will need a hysterectomy. Previous history of ovarian cysts and fibroids.

* There are all high chances of cancer development overtime period and so the hysterectomy with oophorectomy is the best surgical option without any delay.
