What Does This MRI Scan Indicate?

Dear doctor , I am 36 years old male. Recently I got severe pain on my back and my MRI study - POSTERIOR INTERVERTEBRAL L4-L5 DISC PROTRUSION INTENDING THE THECAL SAC WITH IMPINGEMENT ON BILATERAL L5 ROOTS. NO EVIDENCE OF PERINEURAL CYST. After discharge from hospital I am doing Gentle back exercises as per Physiotheraphy advice. Whether I can fully recover to normal Physical status? Please guide me for that

welcome to Health care magic.
1.Yes, you can fully recovery to normal physical status.
2.Your reports ill try to explain - there is a disc in between the vertebrae, when this disc is slips back and causing pressure on the theca sac ( spinal chord), and the disc causing pressure effect on the nerve root ( the nerve which passes through the foramen).
3.The treatment starts from simple exercises to the interventions / operative procedure.
4.In your case it seems like early stage - a good exercise will help in your case. a link attached to guide with exercise.

5.you keep this in daily practice - you will be fine, Try to maintain good position care while sitting, working, lying. good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
