What Does The Ultrasound Report Suggest?

Following is the ultrasound report of my wife. Please comment:
Uterus is anteverted & gravid. There is a gestational Sac with a foetal pole and yolk sac within uterine cavity. Measuring about 6 weeks 5 days gestration (CRL is about 0.7 cm). foetal heart movement is positive. Single sac is detected. Right ovary: Size of about 3.1x2.0 cm & contain follicles. left ovary: Size of about 3.5x3.1 cm. Cystic in appearance.

You have normal reports.
There is single intrauterine live fetus with average 6 weeks 5 days of gestational age.
Fetal cardiac activity is seen and it is normal.
Yolk sac appears normal.
Both ovary appears normal.
