What Does The Semen Analysis Result Indicate?

I Have Semen Analysis Normal Forms 70 , Abnormal Forms 30 , Spermatogenic Cells 1-2, Pus Cells 8-10, RBC's 0-1, SPERM AGGLUTINATION Present, TOTAL SPERM Count 90 million , Motility Active 1/2 HR After EMISSION 40 , SLUGGISH 1/2 HR After EMISSION 30 , NON MOTILE 1/2 After EMISSION 30 ,Active 1 HR After EMISSION 35 , SLUGGISH 1 HR After EMISSION 25 , NON MOTILE 1 After EMISSION 40 ,Active 2 HR After EMISSION 30 , SLUGGISH 2 HR After EMISSION 20 , NON MOTILE 2 HR After EMISSION 50 ,

Hello
Thanks for writing to us

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.
Infection is indicated by the presence of excessive pus cells and occasional RBC in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI.
You need antibiotics for infection.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon culture and sensitivity report of semen.

Sperm count,motility and morphology are normal.
