Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

USG findings are suggestive of chronic renal parenchymal disease. It is suggested by contracted size of both kidneys.
Renal parenchymal disease is generally due to chronic diabetes mellitus and hypertension etc.
It is a manageable condition but he should follow diet and fluid restrictions.
He also need few other investigations like routine hemogram,Serum calcium, chloride, bicarbonate, phosphate level,GFR,Creatinine clearance.
Further treatment depend upon findings.
There are also signs of urinary bladder infection.
He should be examined by a nephrologist.

Hope I have answered your question.
Take Care
