What Does The Following Sperm Analysis Result Mean?
my husband has got his sperm analysis done. his sperm count is 120 million/ml.pH ia alkaline. fructose is positive.sperm motility in Grade is 30%, Grade 2 is 30 %, Grade 3 is 20% . Pus cell is 1-2/hpf red blodd cell absent Sperm Morphologo: total normal sperm 75% Total abnormal cell 25%. Please advise.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Grade 1 & 2 sperm motility more than 50% is good.
2. Sperm count is good and there is absence of pus cells or RBC
3. Normal morphology of sperm of 75% is excellent. The whole sperm analysis is within normal limits.
