What Does The Following Scan Report For Hernia Indicate?

Hi Im a male 47 year male .. I did a scan for hernia and the scan finding said :Inguinal hernia on the left...
The scan also said the following ..
Right kidney measures 9.0 x 4.1cm. Normal in size shape and echotexture.No evidence of pelvicalyceal dilatation.No calculi seen.
Evidence of 3.7 x 3.7cms cortical cyst noted near upper pole.
Finding is Right renal cortical cyst

What should i worry about immediately , which is a priority,,,and what is the course of action now...thanks

1.Your course of action is for hernia, depending on the defect measurement and the symptoms you are facing - you should get it operated as soon as possible.
2.Renal cortical cyst can be there for life long, nothing will happens - but they do get complicated in very few cases, since you have noticed it, you just followup the cyst yearly once.
3.Rest all your report is normal.
4.See your surgeon and get the needful operation / mesh placement done.
