Hi,
looking at the history and elevated liver enzymes, I am of the opinion that it could be HELLP syndrome.
HELLP syndrome is usually characterized by hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes and low platelet count. It is usually associated with preeclampsia. Other tests for hemolysis and platelet count are necessary.
It is a very serious condition and might require termination of pregnancy. Do get the tests done and discuss with your doctor.
Any further queries, happy to help you again.
