What Does The Blood Test With Dengue Antibody IGM Is 17.5 PB Units Indicate?

Hello, My daughter is 2.5 years old and she started having fever around week back. She was consulted with a pediatric and got some medicines. The fever subsided for a few days and then came back again strongly. Did Blood work for Dengue. The result is as follows Dengue Antibody IGM is 17.5 PB units, ESR 95mm/hr, platelets 3.42 lak. Is this a dengue fever?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your dengue igm is positive. You are suffering from dengue. No need to worry. Just drink plenty of water and regularly monitor your platelet count. Take antipyretic as and when required.
