Need Explanation Of Blood Test Result

I have not been well for nearly 1 & Half weeks, symptoms include fever, back pain, severe headaches, pain behind the eyes, sevsitivity to light, poor sleep, afternoon sleepiness, tinnitus...I did a blood count test today today and it came back with Eosinophils .294 and Dengue IGG NEG/NEG and Dengue IGM Pos/Neg...what does this mean?

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. You are suffering from dengue infection
2. eosinophils are within normal limits
3. Dengue IgM positive indicates recent infection.
4. Platelet count could be reduced. Needs evaluation. Symptomatic treatment
5. Watch out for dengue shock syndrome.
