What Does Sharp Chest Pain With Lymph Nodes In Neck Suggest?

Dr Nitin Rao, I am 33 yrs old female I feel something struck in my throat and little sharp pain in my chest and feel fullness of my stomach if i take a small meal i feel like i have taken too much. But I hv done GI with barrium and result is negative and I hv also done CT scan neck and nasopharynx w IV Contrast and it finds small reniform shaped subcentimeter lymph nodes with fatty hila are demonstrated throughout the neck bilaterally. So pls let me know whats my diagnosed

Your symptoms could be related to an infection, considering the reactive lymph nodes. For this reason, I recommend performing a stool analysis for Helicobacter pylori, a throat swab for fungal or strep infection.
