Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports there is a single intrauterine gestational sac measuring 0.832 cm implanted in the low uterine segment.Only G-sac is seen without fetal pole or yolk sac.
Non visualization of fetal pole may be due to many reasons like early gestational age, missed abortion, excessive maternal abdominal fat etc.
It is too early to comment. You only need follow up USG at this stage.
However, viable pregnancy should be corroborated with HCG level.

There is also possibility of moderate amount of blood products in the proximal endometrial cavity. It also require follow up only.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
Dr.Indu Bhushan
