What Does "pus Cells 2-4/HPF" Mean?

my pus cells 2-4/HPF what does it mean
and sperm motility Actively motile 20%, weakly motile 05%, Non motile 75%,
sperm morphology normal 80%, abnarmal 75%
Quantity 2.5 ml
Sperm count 28 million/ml
Appearance/color Greyish white
Please advice what can i do, my age 39

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection with decreased motility.
Infection is indicated by the presence of pus cells in semen. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemogram,Culture and sensitivity,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
For improving motility,you should increase your physical activity and take nutritious diet.If motility doesn't improve with control of infection,diet and exercise then you will need further evaluation.
Other findings like count,morphology is normal.
