What Does No Fetal Pole Or Cardiac Activity Indicate?
my last period dates are mixed up.....last week doc did ultrasound and said it looks 4 weeks preg, then i came the next week she said looks like 6 weeks pregnant, had ultrasound and no fetal pole or cardiac activity....is that normal or should i expect a misscarriage?

Fetal pole should had been seen by this gestational age.
You need follow up scan after 10 days.
It is early to comment any thing. Treatment plan depend upon follow up findings.
