I have just had an endoscopy and been diagnosed with gastritis - mucosa of the corpo and antro with hiperemia petequial with an aspect of mamilonado - the fundo has no lesions - two biopsies taken - also also duodenum , mucosa do bulbo with focus of edema and petequial - second portion without lesions - Should I be worried ?
