welcome to Health care magic.
1.Your report says that the disc which is suppose to be in between the vertebral bodies centrally has slipped a part to wards back.
2.And causing a compression on the chord and nerves passing behind and causing you pain and numbness in you leg and feet .
3.So depending on the stage - the treatment will start with simple exercises and may go up to intervention to correct the pathology.
4.It happens in your age most commonly after a trauma.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
