Hello and welcome to HCM,
The MRI report suggests that there is involvement of your cervical spine at the level of C5-C5 and C6-C7.
The intervertebral discs between C6-C7 vertebrae has prolapsed.
Prolapse refers to displacement of the disc.
The prolapsed disc can impinge upon the spinal nerves which emanate from the spinal cord.
Impingement of the spinal nerves can cause pain, numbness in the area supplied by these nerves.
Besides prolapse there is calcification at levels C5-C6 and C6-C7.
Calcification can narrow the spinal canal and foramina.
This again produce pressure on the spinal nerves.
Hypermobility refers to increased laxity of the ligaments surrounding the vertebrae.

You need to consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment and pain management.
Prolapse of intervertebral disc is managed conservatively initially.
However, if the conservative measures do not work, surgical measures need to be taken.

Thanks and take care
