Right bundle branch block

Abnormal EKG!!!!

Thanks for your question on HCM.
You are having abnormality in the ECG, to be specific conduction abnormality.
There are two bundle branches in normal heart.
1. Right
2. Left.
Each transmits electrical impulse in respective ventricles.
There bundles are situated In heart muscles.
So damage to cardiac muscle cause damage to bundles.
If right sidedheart muscles are damage (especially in lung diseases) then right bundles are damaged and give rise to ecg changes consists of right bundle branch block.
It is secondary to lung diseases. Chronic lung diseases cause right sided heart failure (damage to wall), which inturn causes damage to bundle branches.
So better to consult cardiologist and discuss all these. You should get done 2D Echo and angiography if needed.
