What Does Mild Fullness In Right Pc System Indicate?

i have in pain in lower abdomen more on right side. doctor suggested sonography the report is as

minimal probe tenderness in lower abdomen more on right side &

mild fullness in right PC system, but no right renal or upper, lower ureteric calcus is seen at presennt scan

what is the conclusion of above report

Minimal probe tenderness in lower abdomen more on right side may be due to many reasons like colitis,appendicitis etc.It need clinical correlation.

Mild fullness of the P.C systems indicates that urine from the collecting system is propelled slowly resulting into the system remaining full for little longer period than normal.This is insignificant and need not be taken seriously.
However,there is no calculus in either kidneys or ureters.
