What Does Low HCG Levels In Pregnancy Indicate?

my daughter in law has fertility issues, she is pregnant now for the 4th time with IVF. She went for u/s today, hcg levels are low but they did see a small sac positioned perfectly any advice, they have been through so much.
she feels differently this time, nasous, back ache exhausted,

well if the sac is small it is too early to comment on the hcg levels. hcg levels tend to double by 66 per cent rise after every 48 hrs of once it has been detected in the urine preg test. if there is a sufficient rise of 66 per cent and above , then it can be concluded that the pregnancy is viable and can progress. nextly weekly ultrasound transvaginal needs to be done to locate the fetal pole and fetal heart beat and contiguous increase in the size of gestational sac.
